im searching for this recipe via google but the search results were so dissappointing.
then i decided to create n alter the recipe by myself..

lapisan bwh..
250gm fettucine direbus dgn garam sket.
sos bolognese bole gune prego 1 tin tu atau tomato puri biase.
daging cincang..byk lg sedapp
bwg putih 2-3 ulas n bwg besar 1-2 biji potong dadu
blackpepper biji 1 sd kecil..tumbuk kasar
oregano...kalo gune prego xdw oregano pon xpe
cara2.. tumis sume bwg dadu.dah naek bau..letak dgg cincang..msuk tomato puree..blackpepper,oregano , garam n gula secukup rase..
da msk, gaul ngn fettucine yg dah di tos..msuk dlm bekas pembakar siap2.
pastu susun keju cheesdale ats bolognese tu..
UTK LAPISAN ATAS.
cairkn sparoh butter atas api kecik then msuk
1kotak medium size 500ml fresh milk jenama goodday..
amek 1 slice cheesedale siat2 je. msuk skali..
tepung gandum 5 sudu besar penuh..letak garam sckupnye..
kne sentiasa gaul..letak tepung tu sket sket..gaul lg..jgn tinggal..nt takot berketul..
dkt mgkok len pecahkn telur sebijik..kacau2..
bile sos putih td da pekat..tutup api..msukkn telur td..gaul2 lg smpai sebati..
then tuang atas lapisan fettucine bolognese td..
bakar suhu 180-200 celcius dlm 30min atau smpai die kuning keemasan..bole cucuk lidi utk cek da msk lom..
ok..tu je sekian..dptla lepas ngidam :)
